*grins* That's the best use of a prompt I've seen in a while. I was totally not expecting that at all!

I love the relaxed air in this fic - just an ordinary day at Hogwarts, Albus worrying over a cat, Scorpius casually marking his essay. Those parts in particular said a lot about their relationship.

The squid part and the last line made me laugh. =) Great job! Is this your first drabble here? (Apologies if not, but I can't see your name in the tags.) If so, I hope to see more from you here in the future!

Thanks!

Yes, this is my first drabble here. I've had this LJ for years, but I never used it. I made it to read locked fan fiction, but then I went to fanfiction.net. I recently decided to start doing challenges and fest, and all the good ones are here. So I came back.

You're welcome; it was my pleasure to read and review it. :)

In that case, welcome to the comm. Challenges are the best - a bit of looking around tells me you've also been to HPFC, which is where I get most of mine. But there are some truly awesome challenges here, too; it's why I got a journal in the first place. I hope you continue to find ones which inspire you. Currently I've got my eye on hprare-cliche; are there any you're looking forward to? (Sorry for all the questions - I'm just always looking for new things. =))

I'm really excited about http://hp-silencio.livejournal.com/ It seems really interesting. I'm taking part in hd_cliche, hp_drizzle and hd_tropes right now.
