This was an art that I did last month for daily_deviant for a theme "everything old is new again". Now that the month is over, hohaiyee asked if I post it over here. :D I hope it's okay.

The scratches were an excellent detail, especially the one on Gellert's face.

That windowsill has pretty sharp looking edges, ouch. Gellert better be careful with Albus's spine.

Is this set near the end of the summer? I interpret it, with the picture and Gellert's line, as Albus and Gellert having been already involved. Then near the end of the summer, Albus was already having doubts about leaving with Gellert, and this ensued.

Yeah, the windowsill has problems, but I guess that's another part of the dubious con. *laugh* Yep, it's set at the end of their summer. I imagine there are more arguments there, and things got a little rough. It's the bruises that stay with Albus; they remind him of his responsibilities and how much he can lose if he also loses control, I think.

I obviously thought too much about it. :(

If you use Mozilla Firefox, there is an option to clear all history. I do this now and then because I use YouTube a lot, and clearing the temporary folders keeps everything faster.

Click on tools, and you should see the "Clear Private Data" bit.

...and if you are Too Young, then you shouldn't be looking at this. *wags finger*

You know how wizards can have mind battles too? It's my head canon now that Gellert brought up this memory during his duel with Albus when they met up again. and might or might not have had his way with Albus again before surrendering
