I need some malls to go to. I've already been to Wind Rock, Cottonwood, and Coronado. Are there any malls in Belen, Los Lunas, Rio Rancho, Corrales or anywhere else within a 100 mile radius of Albuquerque? Santa Fe. If not, are there any Build A Bear workshops?

advice, shopping

Traditions was starting to be in trouble when I first saw it a couple of years ago, but now it seems to be about half empty store fronts. There was a really neat indy book & music store there, too.

Its a place where you can go and make your own stuffed animals. You pick out the kind of animal you want, stick a little heart in it, then go to this machine that has all the stuffing inside of it, pump that into it and they sew it up for you. You can pick all kinds of clothes for the stuffed toy, put in voice boxes to make it say things. Its a pretty cool place to go if you have kids. Heres the website if you wanted to check it out: http://www.buildabear.com/default.aspx

Actually I think the west side super walmart has build a bear, or at least at one time they did.

Forgive me. They really should do something to make that place less dead.

They are. They're actually completely redesigning it, tearing down a bunch of the resturaunts and stores outside, and basically rebuilding it from the ground up.

or so i hear.
