I like it! Very nicely done indeed. I'm especially fond of the Toph part. It feels like something her parents would do. Thankfully, she'll have daddy!Iroh run to the rescue. :)

Well, usually, they get rid of her in some fashion.

I like Zuko/Mai. It's not my favorite thing ever, but it's pretty nice. I'm not really picky for pairings in AtLA. Aside from Iroh/Ursa. If it's well written, I'll read it. That said my absolute favorite fic that's multichapter doesn't even have a main pairing. That I can see anyway.

I'm only really picky about Zutara, but I avoid reading Katara!fic in general. I really don't know why I dislike her character so much but it just ... grates on me :/

Most of them do have a tendency to be nauseating. Some are good though.

I like Toph better anyway. I cheered when she joined them in S2.

I love Toph. It's so great to see a character with a disability that's not treated like a precious object made out of glass--I really liked how they drew attention to that trope through her parents--and instead kicks ass :D Actually, ATLA's a pretty cool show for strong women etc as a whole ...

That it is. Very strong women. I mean, the bad guy (gal) in S2 was female. And past Avatars were, too. A nice touch in my humble opinion.
