Yes! Thank you so much! :) It really shows the realities of war, and what it can do to some people.

(And later, he will wonder why he didn’t just come out with it then, why he didn’t just take the moment and say, because I’ll be damned if you come back dead. But he didn’t, and the moment was forever lost.

This was one of my favorite parts, along with the last paragraph.

Ah, yes! And with two people asking me, I should at least get my ideas jotted down.

How I write is woefully sad. I write whatever comes in my head. I have one or two sentence fics just sitting there on my desktop. Staring at me. Waiting.

This was great. I loved that they were really talking - reacting - about 2 different things and Anakin didn't understand what Obi was telling him at all. Well done.
