I've worked out every weekday for almost a month, and I've co-won the challenge. So proud of myself!

The circuit training kicked my ass. I almost felt like throwing up. Quite a ways to go.

Shoot for that Benjamin. Get a strike everyday for turkeys!

Keep crown up.

Look at a point ahead. Then spread the vision.

Let the chi flow.

Armpits pull down.

Relax toes and feet.

Elsa on Wednesday: you'll be a superstar.

On Thursday: you did really good today.

After spending time with grandma one more time on my last day in Vancouver, me and William went to sing K for 3 hours, up til I have to catch a flight. Happy that I got to go home and spent a night at home with Megan. Too bad I'm on the road again.

Finally went back to see 波女 again today. It makes me feel good that I get to talk to her and spend time with her. I think that makes her happy. I'm glad to see her smile and complain less. She's still 90% alert, if only I can spend more time with her. I'm optimistic that she will live longer if we can keep her company and upbeat.
