The sinus "crud" is breaking loose I think. Was up every 20 minutes or so last night blowing my nose, so I got VERY little total sleep time as a result, even though I first dozed off halfway through the second episode of "America's Funniest Home Videos" that aired, so technically I was "out" by 7:30pm ( Read more... )

Well, whatever crud I've got is working on about 4 days. Fever wasn't as high this morning, 99.4F, but still blowing nose, dull taste in my mouth,feeling a tad "lightheaded", loss of appetite, and the entire left side of my face hurts... leading me to believe it's a nasty sinus infection. NO...don't WANT to be getting sick! Just took temperature... an even 100. Took a couple of Tylenol. Been feelin' a bit "blah" for about 3 days, watery eyes, headaches, and a "dull" taste in my mouth. :-(

Woke up this morning with a stuffy head, sharp headache, slight nausea, a bit achy, and a low grade (99.4) fever. Hope I'm not coming down with anything major.

WAS going to get out and cut the yard today, but woke up heaving clear liquid into the toilet... damn sinuses. Gonna take it easy today instead, take Alka-Seltzer and Pepto for the ill feeling, Coricidin for the sinuses, and try to do the yard in the morning. Will have to go to the gas station first to get more fuel for the mowers.

As usual, as soon as colder weather starts settling in, I start getting sick. Woke up this morning, blowing my nose, sneezing, eyes watery, portion of my face under my eyes feeling puffy, running a lowish fever (99.8F). Took a couple of aspirins earlier and a short nap. Andrew was sent home from school today... can't return until Thursday. School nurse says he tested positive for strep throat. He has three prescriptions to take.
