Author's Note: Quite difficult prompt, but I was able to somehow squeeze it into this little story's universe. This story takes place after A nightly storm, but can be read on it's own.
And the mentioned holiday is the Health Day celebrated in Turkmenistan.

Watson has to try very hard not to start laughing.
He is in the middle of a group formed by the Irregulars, the boys all tumbling around him and leading the way.
They try to match his slow steps, but the children are always bouncing and running forward, just to return to his side and form a protective circle around him.
The youngest clutches his free hand not holding his cane, while one of the older boys has a grip on his other elbow, carefully sidestepping Watson’s walking stick and making sure that Watson does not stumble.
Watson was quite bemused when the boys stormed their flat and demanded to take a walk with him. It’s the first time that he left the flat since his wounding; Holmes was very stubborn about letting him go.
He is curious as to why the boys were so adamant to take him outside today…
Some time later the boy holding his elbow notices his waning strength and commands the boys to return to Baker Street as fast as possible. They lead Watson through alleyways and streets he never knew existed and it does not take long for them to return to the flat.
Mrs. Hudson has a harried expression on her face and she only rolls her eyes when Watson raises a questioning eyebrow.
Only moments later loud footsteps pound down the stairs and a frantic looking Holmes stumbles into the hallway.
“Watson!”
Watson blinks surprised, still in the middle of the Irregulars and Holmes glowers at the boys. “What were you thinking taking the doctor outside? He is still recovering!”
The boys cringe slightly, but the youngest - still holding Watson’s hand - looks defiantly at the sleuth.
“We took him to the Path of Health.”
Holmes gapes incredulously and the little boy looks up at Watson. “The doctor told us about the health day where the people walk the Path of Health. As he was sick we thought it would be great for him to walk the path, too, so he can get healthy again.”
Holmes continues to stare wordlessly at the boys and Watson blinks for another moment.
Then finally he starts laughing.
