Beautifully done. O'Neill being the one to talk him into joining the expedition rings true, he would understand better than Rodney about John's misgivings. I never could believe Rodney and the SGC would leave Sheppard to die like that. Radek and Rodney tagteamming John in the labs was fun. Your inclusion of fanfic as part of the black market barter was a hoot (and if I were on the Atlantis staff the only thing I'd go for). I am glad to hear you are working on the sequel and look forward to reading it.
