Emlinn redraw

Back in 2012 I drew hhimring's OC Emlinn for B2MeM. Almost five years later (!!!) I finally got a tablet, and what better way to learn how to use it than redoing old stuff? Since I was never really happy with how she turned out, I thought she'd be a great start.

Some day I'll learn how to colour. I'll need tons of tutorials for that :P

I don't know anything about using a tablet, of course, but I'm very impressed that that drawing is a first attempt!
And also so pleased that Emlinn is still present enough in your mind to want to draw her!
I suppose she looks more elvish, more Sindarin in the second version, perhaps?
What I always liked about the first version is how it seemed to capture her fear in that scene.

That's because I love that story so much :P
It's easier to capture emotions with traditional means, for me. That's something I hope to improve on *crosses fingers*
