This is a self-promoting thingy right here, basically I want to know which of my poems you liked best, you can leave it at that, or if you want, which I'd prefer, you could tell me why you like it as well. If you haven't read any of my poetry, that's cool, I suppose I just won't love you...ever, but you know we might be able to be friends, but it

Remember this summer? That whole drama and the tension leading up to it, and then the crush and burn? Would it have ended differently? "Rain
The tinkling on the roof,
I can tell it's time to go,
And I want to.
I grab my hat and walk outside.
I can hear the sound change as the rain hits my hat,
The slight massage it gives my head.
I hold out my hand,
It's cold, as always
And refreshing, as always.
I take off my hat,
I let the rain soak into my hair,
I hum a tune to the sound around me.
When my hair is good and drenched I look up,
I look straight at the rain as it hits everywhere but my eyes.
I laugh,
Harder,
Harder,
Harder!
Finally I am yelping at the top of my lungs and I feel something.
I feel my feet move,
I feel my hands move,
I feel everything move.
Suddenly I'm dancing,
I'm twirling and moving and everything is going in circles,
And I keep spinning and laughing and dancing until,
Finally,
It stops.
The rain stops.
I slow to a standstill and my laughter dies down.
I look up at the sky once more,
Looking for something.
Nothing's there.
I carefully place my hat back on,
And walk away"
