I like "Lord of Light", but your mileage may vary. I won't spoil it with tidbits, go pickup a copy and take it for a spin.

"This Immortal" is his first book, and shared the hugo with "Dune". That's all I need say I think.

"To Die in Italbar" Is a nicely dark piece, with all that that implies. Aside for Balderhodur, if you haven't read this yet--you should.

Finally if you're in the mood for something different "Changeling" is an interesting read.

I've been reading through the amber stuff, but I will probably make my way in time to the rest of it. One day I'm going to sit down and map out the Amber/Chaos spectrum. Just so I don't have to reread the book plot (which I forget slowly) to get to the philosophy (which I find my brain interprets differntly each time I reread).
