Good to see you posting again after so long (or at least I haven't seen you post).

I agree with you about Friedman. I loved his book The World Is Flat, but his recent stuff has been less thoughtful. HE has stated that the US would be better off if we had a gov't more like China where we could just "Get things done" that needed doing.
