Is it just me, or does it look like Salt Lake City, the strongest area for non-Republicans in Utah, is specifically split up?

Yeah, they did that while we lived there. We were both livid. It's such an obvious move to ensure that Utah remains firmly in Republican hands. I mean, if you win a race on honest terms, great. But it seemed, and seems, cheap.
