I don't recall ever being so pleased to see "heavy rain" on the forecast, or indeed being so anticipatory of it actually arriving (as it's not at least started to).  I do hope it doesn't actually turn to flooding -- again!  Having the country part-frozen, part-flooded, and part-waterless (like poor Brian, who seems to be cut off currently) would be
