Fortunately my cycling gloves, especially the "summer grade" ones that don't have the padded insulation that the "winter" ones do, are light enough to do a fair bit of fine work, including using my phone, and on a good day even my ("proper") camera. The other day I got ahead of myself and tried to use a touch screen checkout in Tesco wearing them -- no dice, sadly, slightly too much synthetic rubber for an IPS display (or whatever it is).
