It might have something to do with that bruise on your head. Here, let me take a look really quick.

[Jenny's just going to do a short field examination since her main specialty would be more along the lines of battlefield wounds.]

I think there's most likely some internal damage of some kind based off how bad these bruises look.

[Starts pulling a few things out of the bag attached to her belt, and begins to pouring some of them together into a mini bottle filled with liquid that she's just going to shake to get it mixed.]

Here, it's just a basic remedy, but it should help with the pain in your head a bit until someone gets here to look at you. It's better then nothing.
