Halloween Party - Come As You're Not 2008

Hi all! :)

Last-minute reminder about the Come As You're Not event.  I have successfully completed my challenge to write something uncharacteristic of me, and I'm hoping to see some familiar names on Friday.  *waves at conjure_lass*  We did it, yay us! \o/

Now I have to go start planning my Death Star pumpkin... ;)

I still have to edit it. It was such a fast write that i'm sort of afraid its going to suck. Ah well...any writing is good writing...I guess.

I wrote mine in a fevered state of creation, fired it off for immediate beta, made the edits as soon as they got back, and then shoved it away in a dark corner for three whole weeks before I could bear to look at it again. That was tonight, actually - and I nearly made myself cry. I love it for being so different to my normal stuff, and at the same time I hate what I did. ;_; So I'm satisfied with the attempt, good or bad. :)

Any writing is indeed good writing - as long as you tried, I think you achieved the goal of the event, and hopefully whatever personal challenges you assigned yourself as well. :)

Terrific! :) It was really an interesting challenge, I have to say. I broke my own heart just a bit - now conjure_lass is going to write something to help me piece it back together. *laugh*

My Kon story was supposed to be for this, but there's no way it will be done in time. I have definitely over extended myself this past month. *sigh*
