For those of us who don't understand what the Better Business Bureau is, does this actually mean anything? Does the BBB have any regulatory powers or will SG simply be laughing all the way to the bank? :-(

no regulatory powers but the power lies in the court of Public opinion and this is america the battle isnt about justice anymore its a battle for the jury's opinion. It can help Phil a little bit.
