I know! And here I am without a boyfriend, too. Although I generally think they frown upon the age gap here in DC unless you're a congressman with a teenage girlfriend.

How about coming down to see The Thermals with me? The show's in November, and if I don't have my own place by then, I imagine I'm not qualified to be in grad school, period. ^^
