What does "To Boldly go" sound like?

The "To Boldly Go..." concert at Wolftrap was fantastic ! I could only think of 3 people I would want to attend this show with; hubby thattodd and the Howards. Add cool temperatures, a nearly full moon and both Jupiter and Mercury sparkling in the sky, it was just perfect.

2001: A Space Odyssey music existed before the movie as "Also Sprach Zarathustra," often translated as "Thus Spake Zarathustra" and more widely know as the one with the timpani going BOM bom BOM bom BOM bom.

I got to play the piccolo part for Superman in junior high, the last time I was in school with a band. Part of it is the Star Wars main them, syncopated differently.

After the Twilight Zone theme, which we all laughed at in recognition (deeDEE dee dee), X-Files gave me shivers.

I wept during the Star Trek medley.

I would've done Holst first, then the rest. Mars was cool, but Npetune's deep blues blew me away, and the richness of Jupiter was amazing.
