Last week, on my way back to the office from lunch, I overheard in the elevator a woman asking her colleague if he's still "accomplishing" 10,000 steps a day. They guy answered in a dismayed tone that he had lost his pedometer but he still tries to achieve his goal everyday. i was just gonna say lakarin ang megamall from end to end, pero nasabi na above, shopping, haha or do what i do, gbelt-landmark-glorietta EVERYDAY, haha

i read this din, I think it was Self magazine, and I've been trying to do it for the past few months, pero minsan talaga, STRUGGLE! damn inter-office IP systems! hahaha

get a garmin, a polar, or a nike plus. i use a nike plus with my ipod pag tumatakbo ako.
