I _really_ wish someone would get the rights to release Thundarr on DVD -- I don't quite trust the places on the web selling pirate copies.

I don't know if there's a Hero to M&M conversion out there, but if you spot a copy of "Post-Apocalyptic Hero" one of the settings is basically "How close can we come to a Thundarr The Barbarian RPG without paying licensing fees?" There might be something you can use.
