God, the Fresh Prince would have been perfect ... I'm two years older than Harry, and I all I can remember being on telly at 6pm is the Fresh Prince ... well, that and Star Trek: TNG.

What is it with this fandom and marital issues these days? I've been such a lousy spouse I've been threatened with divorce papers. But it's no surprise I keep coming back... First love and all that, I can't seem to shake it ; )

My creativity in the Potterverse lasted about 3 months post-DH, and after that all I was left with was an inspiration-less rut, one I'm still fighting to get out of to this day. Last week I was reminiscing with all the after-the-battle fics I started in the days of yesteryear, and instead of sparking my imagination I got a puddle of tears.

oh hon, that's shit. i really really hate that. think i might be in that situation soon, as i signed up for a harry/ginny fest and picked a prompt that fits with something i've half-written to try and make myself finish it (if only because it'll be a harry/ginny piece without stealth!angst creeping in at the end) but i'm worrying i won't be able to find the motivation/time, which sucks. i don't want to drop out. but it's going to be frustrating.

i would so love to read that fleur fic if you ever get round to it...i always thought that looked like such a good read from your "to write" list. fleur vs. voldemort would be awesome.
