Made you look.
Hello babies!
So, we finally have
the Half-Blood Prince teaser trailer! WHO'S EXCITED? I fucking love it. I love how it's all about Riddle! I love the sentence they picked for the final ~DRAMATIC SENTENCE~! (Who remembers Hermione whimpering "Everything's going to change now, isn't it?" This owns that approximately a million times

Last I heard, there's a DE attack at the Burrow during the summer, which would explain the corn, so presumably they're all running away from that.
Mini Tom is perfect (But WTF kind of name is Hero Tiffin?!).
Reply
Yeah, that would explain the corn. Ginny's attack is at night, though - so either the two are unconnected or there's some kind of twenty-four hour attack? I am so up for that.
Ha ha I was like "Tiffin-Fiennes? How posh were your parents?" And then I was like ... oh, no way. And ... Hero?!

I think the attack is taking place in the same time scale - I'm not entirely convinced that Harry running through the corn isn't at night - it's hard to see.
To me, Tiffin is a yummy kind of fridge-bake with raisins and cherrys and biscuits all crushed up and mixed with melted chocolate.

Ooh, I know what you're taking about, I love that pudding. And isn't Tiffin a posho word for high tea? I can't remember. I fail at being English D:

I love how the whole thing's sort of tinted to show how HARDCORE this film is going to be!
SEPIA TONES FOR THE PAST AND SCENES OF TERROR, YATES I LOVE YOU.
You know what the problem is? He lacks humour. They don't even bother trying to get Dumbledore's humour right, because they don't see it as his most important characteristic, whereas I would argue that his humour and permanent eye-twinkle is his most defining characteristic
Oh god, you win at character analysis, because this is so damn true, though at least Harris's Dumbledore looked like the possibility of humour was there.
I think Ginny has been expelliarmused - Burrow attack dudes. Also, it's totally Fenrir in that field - I'm praying desperately for Lupin to suddenly appear and tell Harry that this is his fight, because aaaah, how brilliant would that be?
I agree with redonthefly again: your glee at the extra Ginny is just gloriously beautiful :D Now, all I need for utter ( ... )

I love Ginny. I just love her. I can't help it. You are such a mean bully D:
Hmm, I liked the last script better than Kloves until the last twenty minutes, which I spent trying to stab myself in the chest with popcorn.
Argh this reply is rubbish but I am so tired. *asleep*

Yes! Precisely :D
*laughs*
I would be the worst bully ever. Ginny-love is not something to bully people about anyway, no sirree.
LOL, stabbing with popcorn? What a waste of yummy snacks, shame on you.
*pets*
Sleeeep.

Do you not remember the horror that was Neville's "much better, now they're about to be avenged!" Or Harry's "I pity you, Voldemort. I have the POWER OF FRIENDSHIP!" Definitely did not make me happy. Then again, Kloves is the man who said of Hermione, "I just love her. She's so pretty and smart and funny!"

omfg I love how it as a focus as well. It is just ... glorious. THE WHOLE THING IS GLORIOUS I TELL YOU.
Aye, I've only seen talk about it in H/G circles and the consensus there seems to be that more H/G = best. I kind of want to add to that that more H/G = necessary because the way it was written in the book ... well, wasn't exactly fantastic. And I feel comfortable saying that because I loved how it was written in DH.
