I wondered about Neville too, and why she mentioned Luna but not him. Turns out in the video clip, the interviewer specifically prompts her to talk about Luna, but doesn't being up Neville. So it's his fault!

JKR wrote the family tree in real time while she was being interviewed, and originally it was just the Weasleys, and she added Luna when the interviewer asked about Luna.

But since my first comment, Jo released the same drawing of the tree as an Easter egg on her web site, and in that version she has also added Draco and his spawn. And adding Draco but not Neville? I really can't explain.

Maybe Neville and Hannah are childless? If not, it must just be totally random.
