Yum. Need to try that with the fambly. Sounds like a richer version of our 'anything' quiche. And a little while ago we unearthed a splendid giant pie/casserole plate made by one of our favorite potters.
It was pretty darn tasty, if I do say so. The feta is surprisingly crucial to give it a bit of a counterpoint to all the purely rich ingredients. Next time I will add more garlic, too.
