I was going to say that I may be less active with the writing here because school starts Wednesday (Wednesday! What rational school starts classes on Wednesday?) and I'm taking another run at third year Mandarin. Outside of your travel comfort zone, so therefore highly unlikely, I know, but if you come down to Airways Brewing on Saturday I bet a sample could be procured. Or if you're nice to me, I might let you try some of the pint I mean to get.

Oh yeah, I suppose. But part of the original mission spec was to go eat some horribly disgusting fair food thing. It probably didn't support that segment of the mission that we spent a while in the home arts section sitting and listening to a pitch about the health benefits of sticking to freshly milled grain, minimally processed fats, raw vegetables, and unprocessed sugars though. This also led me to realize there is such a thing as the 6th Stage of Mormonism: founding a business with a model based on marketing Mormon beliefs and principles to the gentiles in a not-explicitly-Mormon package. Hawaiian Punch and Franklin-Covey being prominent examples.
