Summary: Sugihara Mimoto is one of the honored students of their school. She was always asked by her classmates to have a copy on their assignments. Good thing her bestfriend, Takaki Yuya is always there for her. But, are they really going to be bestfriends forever?

-Mimoto's PoV-
"Hey Sugihara, where's your notes?"
"Yo, Sugihara! What's the answer here?"
"Sugihara-chan, please help me."
Uwaaa. I'm tired of hearing these things. Why do they always depend on me? And, why the hell do I let them do this to me? I'm acting like a nerd. Following rules of others. I'm tired. I'm really sick hearing those words. Sometimes, I wish I never studied here. If it wasn't for him.
-3rd Person-
"Learn how to take a break." Takaki said as he patted Mimoto on her head.
"Thanks."
They went at the back of their school. There are lots of trees. Fresh air. Such Beautiful Sceneries.
"Aren't you tired? They always depend on you." Takaki said while eating.
"Sorry. I just can't help it. I've always wanted to help others and you know that." Mimoto said as she opened her bento. "Itadakimasu~"
"Oh yeah. Since you helped my cat on the tree." Takaki laughed.
"Hey! You don't have to say that again!" Mimoto yelled.
"Sorry." Takaki smiled and gave mimoto a soda.
They became quiet so Takaki started a conversation.
" Why don't you leave the school?"
Mimoto's eyes widened. In herself, "H-He wanted me to leave?"
"I-I can't leave the school that easy. There are many things I need to accomplish." Mimoto mumbled.
"Like What?"
"I still don't know. What I know is that 'THEY' need me." Mimoto said while sipping the soda.
"Right." Takaki said. He noticed Mimoto's too quiet, so he planned something. He decided to tickle Mimoto. He tiptoed until he reached Mimoto and tickled her.
"Hey!" Mimoto said while laughing.
"HAHA! You're too quiet. I'm not used seeing you frown like that." Takaki said with a smile.
"....I also thought of changing schools." Mimoto said with a blank face.
Takaki paused and stared at Mimoto.
"What?" Mimoto said while smiling.
Takaki ignored Mimoto. He took his lunch and went back to classroom.
"Ehh? Hey! Did I say something?" Mimoto shouted but its too late. Takaki left. "That guy..He left me alone." Mimoto said to herself. She finished eating then went back to classroom.

It was Math. Mimoto was called by her teacher to answer the question on the board. She went to the board and started writing. While writing, she remembered what she told to Takaki and what Takaki did.
"Sugihara-san.." Sensei said.
"Eh?" Mimoto reacted when she faced her teacher.
"You're spacing out. And, this is the first time that that happened."
"Sorry..I'll continue then." Then, Mimoto did.
After answering what's on the board, Mimoto tried to look at Takaki. She caught him looking at her but afterwards, he looked away. Mimoto was at her chair when someone tapped her.
"You did well, Sugihara-san."
She looked back and saw it was Yaotome Hikaru.
"Yaotome-kun..Thanks" Mimoto replied with a smile.
When Takaki saw Mimoto smiled at Hikaru, his soft hand turned into a hard fist. Suddenly, Mimoto looked at Takaki and caught him looking at her. She smiled and waved but Takaki ignored her again.

It's been days and the two are still ignoring each other. One Breaktime, Mimoto went to their school garden.
"Should I really change school?" She mumbled to herself.
She was watering the flowers when suddenly, three girls went to her.
"Sugihara, are you dating Hikaru-kun?"
"Ehh?" Mimoto stopped and looked at the three. "Of course not."
"I'm always seeing you together with him." One of the girls said.
"Yeah." The two girls nodded.
Mimoto rolled her eyes. "This school is really weird. " Mimoto ignored them. She reached for her books and went inside the hallway. While walking, she saw Takaki staring at the window. No expressions.
"This should be a good time for apologizing." Mimoto said to herself. She went close to Takaki with no noise. Takaki didn't noticed her so she started a conversation.
"About what I said.."
"Ehh?" Takaki eye widened me. "What're you doing here? You said you're changing schools right?" He said with a disappointed look.
"About that, I'm sorry. Well..I only thought if doing it but I'm not doing it. I swaer!" Mimoto said putting her right hand in her chest and bowed.
"He-Heey! Don't bow." Takaki said stopping Mimoto from bowing. Suddenly, Mimoto held Takaki's hand. His face went red, "H-Hey~"
"I-I can't leave here without.." Mimoto said nervously.
"I'm too nervous..What if I tell him that I like him? Our friendship will end, right? But, I can't hide it anymore." Mimoto said to herself. Takaki was about to hold her other hand but Mimoto let go. She walked away from Takaki and bowed.
"I'm really, really sorry! I like you but--"
Takaki went closer and looked at her.
"But. Things will change and I don't want that to happen!" Mimoto said while sobbing.
Takaki was shocked. "A-Anou, Mimoto.."
"I'm really really sorry!" Then, Mimoto left while crying.
Takaki was left, spacing out and stared at his hand. "I feel the same way too." He took Mimoto's books, stared at them for a minute and shed a tear.

I was thinking of having an epilogue about this.
LOL. The ending was too bad. *I guess*
