It usually happens to me just once right when I log in. Shit sucks, but it could be way worse. I'm just glad I can close the ads before the sound starts. It hasn't happened to me when commenting on someone's journal, though. Maybe it depends on what kind of account you have? Sounds like a shitfest either way.

I noticed I get them when I log in and I have to refresh the page to get rid of them. They are annoying.

Yeah I get them every time I want to post something and every time I go to look at my friend's page. I am quite full of annoyance, which is probably why I don't post or check other people's posts as much as I used to.
