Its official: Tech support bites!

Yesterday, our house Earthlink-provided modem finally passed away. But, it took TWO hours and three different foreign technicians to actually tell us that.

*grumbles*

So, this may be my last post for sometime (meaning: next week.) Thank the Gods we've just ordered internet/cable package through Time Warner,

I defiantly sympathize with the tech support. I went through it with two ipods and because of it would never buy another. Good luck with the new service.
