Hi rae I finally got round to setting up a jounal finding my way around the site I'v read one of the bbv community its so funny! It seems that most of the csrs a from america? there all alking about that no late fees and how well its going... not!

Some of those sites are hilarious...did you read the one about a customer wanting to pay their late fine over the phone with a cheque? (That one really cracked me up...some customers are so dumb - which brings us back to them being american and that whole Quinten Tarentino thing you were telling me about).
