I have to agree with you, my Lord. Introducing a law system in Demeleier must be extremly well thought and prepared. Besides, it wouldn't be wise to take such important decisions when some of us are still under the shock of Sindragosa's arrival. [He's not part of that 'us' though.]

Understand that there's no perceived need for splitting power in such a way. I certainly have no intent or desire to do such a thing - as you've said, it would create tension, rifts, division... Exactly the hardships we must do our utmost to avoid. What we need is a collection of input, however.
