When you feel like if you only met the person you like/admire, you are sure you would get on fantastically, like all you need to do is make the meeting happen. I suppose, that's the stuff stalkers are made of...

i am not a stalker, but i feel like i've got this nutty core inside and sometimes i am very glad, that my chosen one(s) live quite far away from me, though at times it drives me mad, it feels insane, I do wonder whether I am sane...at times.
