I was so looking forward to watching the Paralympic's opening ceremony tonight. But our dear official broadcoaster, CTV, decided to only broadcast the ceremony to (1 province)British Columbia's CTV channel. The rest of Canada had to wait for the next day to watch it at noon. Their reason? because it would take advantage of the large audience for
