I really liked how you included the fact that Ruki gave Uruha his name after he took 'Ruki' for himself :3 That fitted really well into his train of thoughts as well
And I liked what Uruha said about brothers and whether you are connected by blood or not, I'm thinking about my brother the same way

Haha~ yes, I felt this scene was necessary for me to determine where Ruki & Uruha's relationship will lead to, and also to explain the actual depth of Uruha's feelings toward Ruki. But of course the situation is not as easy as it seems; Ruki's path onward is a rocky road XDD

I can't help but I really enjoyed the Uruha×Ruki parts, your Uruha is simply irresistible, I can perfectly understand Ruki's feelings.
I liked the kiss-scene, and I liked how Uruha stated that he won't apologize this time because he's glad it finally happened.
I just hate that Ruki isn't sincere with him. I wonder whether he tells Yuu the truth or he will lie both of them from now on...
