The novels arrived in the mail on Friday. Shipping ended up being about ¥2,100 including the service fee that the shipping company I used charges. Still a bit pricey, but it's better than what Amazon offers. It's normal for international shipping to be like that though, so it's okay ( Read more... )

My heart and soul needs this. I can't wait for scans.

As for what to do with the books...I'd probably go with the typing method. I wouldn't want you to stretch your books too far to their limit, and it would definitely be easier for translation and the like.

...oh Jesus Christ I just remembered. I kept my money from textbook buyback...oooooh. OOOOOH. These books need to be in my possession yesterday. I'm very curious about reading level, though.

Yeah, after thinking about it a little more I like that method better too.

As for reading level, it seems a bit higher than what I'm used to at a glance. I'll try to understand as much as I can on my own, then hopefully someone can assist with the full translations. XD

Hello! Sorry to poke my head in here, but I was also intensely curious about what Daisuke was reacting so strongly to in the advertisement, and no amount of Googling seems to be giving me the answer. If it's not too much trouble, could you tell me what happens?
