Fibro, the show that sounds like a video game, and awesome crossovers.

My health - I hope - bottomed out today. Whether I go to class tomorrow or not is still up in the air, though I'm leaning on 'No'. I need to stop applying bandaids if I'm going to have any hope of getting through the semester; six days of quiet rest would go a long way right now. That being said, I'll have to go out tomorrow or on Friday, or I'll ( Read more... )

You know, I didn't really think so, but like most of the cast, he's been slowly winning me over. He emotes very well, when he choses to. And sometimes of course, it's all just cheese :P Where are you in the story arc?

oh, im just in the beginning, act 5. they havent even discovered jupiter yet!

its so cute to watch because i used to watch the cartoon and it follows pretty closely. the cheeseiness is often unrelated to the original story, but i love it.

It starts off just like the anime (as you know), but starts to spin off from there pretty soon. It does pull in some manga elements too!

I think Maraget said it best, that you watch it because it's cheesy and nostalgic and eventually, you realise you actually care about the characters.

I found Going Native about a month ago and decided to take a chance on it. I normally detest BSG crossover fics, but for some reason, it worked alright for me at the beginning. Then... it was brilliant, because Lwaxana Troi started pursuing Saul Tigh, and now it cannot be unseen. Seriously, that was a brilliant narrative choice, and I've followed the story much more closely since. :)

Now, there are ever more things to love about Lwaxana Troi. Glee! I can't wait to see how that plays out. I'm still way back.

I have also decided that Doc Cottle and Pulaski would get on like a house on fire!

Man, Cottle steals every scene he's in, fanfic or actual show. Just wait 'till you get there. :)

The author just mentioned something about bonding with his Vulcan counterpart over a skirmish with the Romulans. The plot, she thickens! I haven't even seen the Cylons enter yet.
