I'm going to try this really neat, new concept. It's called "living within my spoons". I'm being a little bit glib because I've been given this advice ever since my diagnosis, almost seven years ago. That spoons theory is very good. I sometimes have the hardest time letting people know what goes on with my disability and me on an everyday basis. The only thing I'm able to say is that I've got to work twice as hard as the normal population. But, the spoons theory is a good way of explaining it to those who don't understand.

Thank you for sharing and I really do hope all is going well with you. I know how tough it is to just get by for a day.

For me, it is the waking up that will determine what kind of day I'm going to have.
