What is the significance of your username?: well, I really like the element "ICE" and flying is fascinating (not in planes and stuff, you know). Kestrels are amazing birds, though not as well known as larger birds of prey. the 9 is my favorite number though it is there merely because of the stupid people on LiveJournal who hog usernames and never post a damn thing.
Are you mature or immature? Immature, extremely. Unless it comes to certain matters where I am responsible for something.
Are you impulsive or cautious? Impulsive, though I always manage to fix my errors.
Are you rude or polite? Depends on my mood. -_-
Are you outgoing or shy? Again, my mood. Mostly "shy", as in "not talk to people"
What are your strengths? I am extremely loyal. I never give up. I do my own thing, my own way. I don't sway easily.
What are your weaknesses? I have issues controlling my emotions, especially anger... I do not work well with others. I can't lead; I'm usually off by myself. When I lose control, I will do anything to get what I want, even hurt those closest to me.
What do you like best about yourself? I see the world in a different light than most others.
What are your goals or aims in life? To become a vet, open my own clinic/hotel for animals.
If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be? I would make myself a nicer person...
If you could change one thing in the world, what would it be? I would institute a communist regime on the world. Due to the fact that human nature does not work with communist attitudes, this is most unlikely.
If you had one day left to live, what would you do? Spend the day with my family, and do some last crazy things with my brothers, probably ending with sitting on the roof with them, eating sea salt ice cream and admiring the moon.

-Most of my heroes who I admire are fictional, the exceptions being Andrew Jackson and Stonewall Jackson.
-Uh... I apparently could talk at the age of 1, and I started reading before pre-Kindergarten.
-I cannot stand any mess in my house. I clean up and organize everything from the living room to the storage closets, but I refuse to organize things in my own room. It has to be messy. I dunno why.

Who is your favorite character in Naruto?...I don't know. Akatsuki, those two random guys in Konoha who are always running errands for the Hokage
Who is your most admired character in Naruto? Why?Itachi. He's shown the true meaning of sacrifice... and that just makes Sasuke lamer than he already is.

Evil Status
Would you a) kill bunny rabbits?, b) kick kittens, or c) throw stones at dogs? (Please choose one.) Kill rabbits. Those things reproduce fast. There's no shortage. Actually, all three of these are overpopulated. But killing is just a little better than making them suffer.
Do you prefer mass murder or killing one by one? (State others if applicable.) I would prefer killing one by one. Makes it more personal. (which is why I do not approve of bombs and guns.)
Do you a) torture your victims then kill them?, b) kill them quickly?, or c) launch into a long rant before killing them?(State others if applicable.) I'd finish them off quickly. A merciful death, and I don't have time for such trifling matters.
What is your (evil) ambition? To lead a band of secret assassins who rid the world of corrupt rulers and help the people just get on with their lives.
Are you an evil leader or a shadow king second-in-command? Leader, kind of. I don't want to lead others, but if they're willing to follow, then sure. I might follow if I agree with the cause and what the group is doing.

Do you prefer an army of undead pirates or an army of S-class shinobi? I do not trust those shinobi. And I would not use those undead pirates, but they're cooler.
What is your weapon of choice? A bow and arrows for range, with a sword for close range combat.
If you had to force information out from someone, how would you do it? Probe into their minds for what information I want. *jedi mind trick* :D
What's the slowest way to kill without using jutsu? mess around with the cells and give them terminal cancer.

On a scale of 1-10, how Evil are you? (IN ALL HONESTY.) If I can escape from the law, as in not-go-to-jail-or-sentenced-to-death-penalty, then I'm probably a 9. If I cannot escape the law, and would be killed then, I'd be a 6 until I improve myself back to a 9. (does this make sense?)
