It's basically a racist thing. To limit the amount of money given to zomg lazy, filthy immigrants who might want to visit/help out their families.

I'd really LOVE to go to England on my own terms and with lotsa time for fun, but it seems like it'll have to wait a while. :S

It sucks that you have to let the unemployment people know and that don't give you moolah for those dates. It seems...sort of dumb.
