Grabbing the cat and opening your mouth, bending forward as if to take a bite of her is not the appropriate way to interact with pets! (fortunately this kitty is pretty mellow, so...)

LOL. Definitely not an appropriate way...glad the kitty was pretty mellow...I'd think the kitty would want to jump and go somewhere else for awhile.

Awww, poor kitty. If it was my mother's evil cat she would've clawed or something. She's totally a Slytherin at heart, but this mellow kitty you speak of is probably a Hufflepuff at heart. XD

Also, I figured I'd update you on my love life via your journal by spamming you. The crush I have, which you said rocked, is going places. Huzzah! ;)

My other cat HIT him! :( With a claw too! He has a tiny scratch. We're mad at her.

Modem is very much a Slytherclaw. It was in her best interest to allow the petting, because she got a nice piece of chicken afterwards. ;D

LOL! Sometimes I'm not sure who'd eat who around here. Kupo quite frequently tries to eat stuff much bigger than himself (including but not limited to: Maz, me, the cats, his duvet, his toys, assorted pillows and furniture, his own hands).

He was all fussy so I decided to snuggle down with him and give up on writing. I needed to go to the bathroom first, though, so I put his the back of his chair up so he could watch TV for a sec and... he got all quiet AND THEN HE FELL ASLEEP!

I know I'm not supposed to let him sit upright like that but... HE'S SLEEPING! AND HE WAS FUSSY FOR HOURS!

Your spawn = Hellspawn. Just saying.

When my brother was like two he used to bite our cats tail... we got rid of the cat, not my brother.

Eh, I wouldn't have gotten rid of either. Sooner or litter the little bugger has to learn that biting living things has consequences and a cat making a loud noise and using him for a scratching post might do the trick.

Or, you know, there are other ways of teaching him the same thing. :P
