Villains:1. The Rani (Doctor Who). A character deserving of better stories than those she actually got (although Mark of the Rani is all right) and who should've become just as prominent as the Master

1. Ace (Doctor Who). Because Ace. And Because she'd be awesome at it and not at all ''above'' it.
2. Romana (Doctor Who). Because Romana.
3. Barbara Wright (Doctor Who). Because Barbara.
4. Cersei Lannister (A Song of Ice and Fire/Game of Thrones). Because there would be alcohol.
5. Violet Crawley, Dowager Countess of Grantham (Downton Abbey). Because she's a hoot. And she could invite Isobel Crawley along and then they could entertain me all night long with their barbs.

2. Vicki. She gives robots adorable names!
3. Jo Grant. She's kind of the epitome of this trope (in a good way).
4. Daisy Mason (Downton Abbey). Sophie McShera is all kinds of adorable.
5. Nearly every character played by Alyson Hannigan.
