Dooo eeeet. While picking your project, keep in mind that nanowrimo is quantity over quality, and it can be difficult to keep pushing through and not editing as you go if the piece is something you've been putting effort into.
The "Driver picks the music..." quote is engraved on watchersprout's nano. It makes me grin.
and I can't decide if that makes me want to use that quote more or less. But it's always been a favorite quote and it works. I mean I can think of a dozen quotes one of my favorite characters said but Heero talks about death and his worhtlessness, and Kowalski's best quotes are all very hostile. Plus both of those seriously require context. Hm...man I think you've sold me on copying watchersprout
