Title: Heal Me
Pairing: Jin x Kame
Rating: NC-17
Genre - Catch Me: AU, angst, romance, smut, drama, tragedy
Beta by: my cat. okay, seriously, nobody
Disclaimer: I don't own KAT-TUN, any of its members, any other JE people. I write this for fun and for other fans of these fine folks. But don't steal my plots, mmkay? I put a great deal of time into them except for when I'm randomly spastically spitting words onto a page. But I value those too...
Summary - Catch Me: A dramatic turn in his life throws Kame into Jin's college world. Almost immediately they notice an attraction, but they spend more time clashing than not.
Summary - Lose Me: Kame and Jin still have the occasional argument but mostly they live happily together. But when someone from Kame's past shows up, will the two be able to deal?
Summary - Find Me: Kame has been kidnapped. Will he and Jin ever be reunited?
Summary - Heal Me: The difficult task of readjusting to a normal life... will they make it through together?
Warning: While "Catch Me" part is more towards the fluffy end of the scale at times, the other three parts have such things as drugs and murder and rape and all the fun parts of a bad neighborhood in a big city. Oh, and character death(s).

Heal Me
Tenth Cut ~The Ugly Truth~
“Please, I need…”
Kame tried to push past him, but Junno wouldn’t let him go. He wasn’t actually stronger than his friend and he knew what strength he had would give out all too soon. Hopefully, Jin would get there before that happened.
In the meanwhile, he would do his best to keep Kame sitting in the alley and not let him back into the club where he might lose him.
“No. You’re not going back in there.”
Crying, Kame said, “I need to go back in there. I have… I can’t live in my head… I need…” But then suddenly he was looking at Junno with an intensity that made him extremely uncomfortable. “Unless… you have money? I can make you feel so good…”
When Kame reached out for him, Junno quickly backed away. “What are you doing? You know I don’t… you know, like guys!” The fact that Kame hadn’t even stopped crying to say it made it even creepier.
But Kame took advantage of the distance now between them and got to his feet. Before Junno could stand and stop him, he’d gone back into the club. Torn between waiting in the alley for Jin or going back inside to keep Kame out of trouble, he elected to follow Kame. Hopefully when Jin got there and found they weren’t in the alley, he’d try to look for them inside.

Closing the door behind him as he reentered the club, Kame started to weave through the crowd, attempting to spot the right sort of person. As he went, he gave his best false sexy smile, trying to turn every move through the room into a seduction so that as he went, he could gauge response and try to find someone else who seemed interested.
It didn’t take long.
He hated how easy it was. He hated that he could stalk across the floor and bring that out in a person. But he didn’t have a choice. He needed the money. So he bit back his distaste, trying to shut it and everything else that hounded him out of his mind, so he could focus entirely on the task at hand.
But he wasn’t going to make the same mistake twice in an evening. Kame made sure money changed hands before they got out of sight of the other people.
Glancing across the room, he saw that Junno was pretty much blocking the way out to the side alley, so that left upstairs or the bathroom. It was all the same to Kame, so he let the man following him decide. He seemed disinterested in something as public as in a restroom, so…
Guess they were going upstairs.
They ducked into a room, but Kame made sure to keep the door cracked, just in case. He didn’t want the same thing to happen that happened earlier. He was doing his best to hold it in, but the thought of what happened with the three guys outside had settled like a lead weight in his stomach and it felt like it was trying to somehow claw its way out.
That’s why he had to do this. That’s why he didn’t have a choice. Junno just didn’t understand. He just needed something to make him forget. It’s not like he had a drug problem or anything. He just had so much he wanted gone from mind at the moment and this was the only way to make that happen. Right?
In a sultry voice, Kame purred, “How do you want me? I’m eager,” and he ran a hand down his chest suggestively, “to do anything that pleases you.”
The look the man gave him was just wrong. The whole situation was wrong. But… he really didn’t have a choice.
Right?

Junno was trying to scan the room for Kame. It took a bit but he finally saw him all but dragging a man up the stairs across the room.
Oh, no! He needed to put a stop to this! Kame was doing himself more harm than good.
The opening of the door behind him and Jin’s voice made him jump in surprise. “Junno…? Where’s Kame?!”
“Jin, you scared the crap out of me!”
“Where is he?!”
Taking a deep breath, Junno said, “We don’t have a whole lot of time but I have to say this first: Let’s get him home and THEN you two can talk about this. Regardless of what you see here or how you feel about it, we need to get him home first.”
+++
“What do you…” Jin started to ask but the look Junno gave him stopped him cold. Something terrible must be happening. Something Junno thought he couldn’t handle. “Oh, god, he’s drunk again, isn’t he…”
“No, he’s not. It’s worse than that. I’ll tell you everything later but right now we need to go get him before things go too far. I just saw him go upstairs.”
Upstairs? No… that couldn’t be right. The only reason people went upstairs at a club like this was for…
No, Junno was mistaken. He’d see; Kame couldn’t possibly be up there.
The two friends crossed the floor as quickly as the crowd allowed, headed straight for the stairs to the second floor. Most of the doors were either standing completely open or were shut and locked.
Junno looked worried, “I’d hoped we’d catch him before he got to a room…”
But Jin wasn’t listening to him. Jin was heading straight for the room he swore he’d just heard Kame’s voice come from. The one door out of all of them that wasn’t either completely open or locked up tightly.
All but kicking the door the rest of the way inward, Jin stopped in shock at what he was seeing.
Kazu, his Kazu, kneeling on the floor with the other man’s cock in his mouth.
Before he even realized what he was doing, Jin had pulled Kame back away from the man and then slugged the stranger as hard as he could.
“The hell!” the man shouted as he stumbled backward a few steps.
Kame yelled, “What are you doing, Jin?!”
“I want my money back, whore.” The man held his hand out.
That’s it; nobody called his Kazu a whore and… Wait, did the man say ‘money’ just now?
“But I need it…”
“Then get them to pay you.”
With trembling hand, Kame gave the man back his money. The man stormed out of the room.
By this time, Kame was crying. He started shrieking at Jin angrily, “Look what you did! I NEEDED THAT FUCKING MONEY!!” and he threw himself at Jin, hitting and scratching while he continued to weep and shout obscenities.
“Kazu! Kazu! Stop it!” Jin knew he needed to stop Kame before he hurt himself, but he wasn’t sure whether to hold him at a distance or to pull him in close. He settled on the second option, pulling Kame in close enough that he could wrap his arms around the younger, fairly immobilizing him…
… until Kame bit him. Jin let go in surprise.
That’s when Junno stepped in, slapping Kame hard across the face.
Crying harder, Kame sunk to the floor. “You don’t understand… Someone stole what I had. I have to get more…”
What the hell was going on? Kame looked so desolate…
Junno lean in to whisper to him, “Call a cab. There’s no way we’ll get him to walk home. We won’t be able to convince him to do much of anything right now anyway. We may have to force him down and into the cab as it is.”
Jin called for the cab, watching as Junno knelt down in front of Kame. “If you come back to the dorm with us, we’ll go get you some more, okay? But first we have to go to the dorm,” he said softly.
The desperate hope in Kame’s eyes was frightening. At least what Junno said seemed to have calmed Kame down a bit at least. But now that the adrenaline was wearing off, all Jin could see was the image of Kame with that man in his mouth…
+++
Somehow, all three of them managed to get back to the dorm. They went to Jin and Kame’s room straight away, dropping the younger off with Junno’s promise that, if he’d stay in the room, they’d take care of everything.
In the hallway, Jin asked Junno, “So, do you want to go to your room to talk? Because you are telling me everything you know, whether you want to or not.”
Junno shook his head. “We’ll talk here. If we leave, Kame will be gone when we come back. I can pretty much guarantee it… But, first, I’m sorry, Jin. I suspected already but I was trying to find proof first. I didn’t realize it had gotten this bad or I would have said something, I swear! Maybe it wouldn’t have happened if only…”
“His drinking? Just how bad has it gotten?” Though Jin could pretty much guess, considering what he saw.
The look on Junno’s face… he didn’t know exactly what it meant but it nearly stopped his heart in his chest. “Oh, god… what?”
“He hasn’t been drinking, Jin. Ryo got him hooked on drugs.”
“WHAT?!” Jin stumbled back a couple of steps in disbelief. “Oh my god… Kazuya…” He rounded on Junno. “You knew? You knew and you said nothing and you let me believe he was just drinking… How could you? I thought you were our friend!”
Defensively, Junno said, “I was trying to find proof. I thought… I thought that if I accused him without proof and I was wrong, it would go badly. I didn’t want to hurt him. So… do you want me to tell you the whole story now?”
Jin sighed, nodding. How could he not have seen this, figured this out?
“Not long after he first got back, I saw him talking to someone I know who goes to school here that sometimes delivers drugs for money. I didn’t think much of it. I figured they probably had a class together and he was trying to find out what he’d missed while he was gone. But then when you and Ueda said he was probably drinking, it made me wonder.
“I started popping in to check on him unexpectedly but I never caught him with drugs. He seemed high a lot but it was possible he was just drunk, so it wasn’t proof. So, I went to talk to the girl I know.
“It turned out that she had met Kame at Ryo’s house. Something about a leash? Anyway, Ryo had bought drugs for Kame that she had delivered. But she said she wasn’t delivering to him here. I was so relieved to think it was just alcohol. But then she said, no, it probably was drugs. That day they'd talked that I saw, he’d asked her how to get in touch with her boss to get more.
“She told him where to go. Now, now, before you say anything, stop and think, okay? She’s not that sort of girl. She doesn’t deliver on campus, she doesn’t use, she doesn’t approve. But she didn’t want him wandering the streets asking around. She thought it was just safer to tell him. So, please, just… leave her be, okay? This is not her fault.”
Was he really so predictable? But Junno was right. The first though he’d had was about wringing her neck for sending Kame on his merry way to get drugs.
“So… why didn’t you tell me then?”
“Well, just because he HAD used drugs and she thought he might be again wasn’t exactly proof. So I decided to follow him. I saw him go into the club, but when I went in, he wasn’t in there. I decided he must have left unnoticed and so I went to leave, figuring I’d try again next time. Except, as I was walking away from the club, I heard something coming from the alley. I thought maybe he had slipped out the side door.
“But when I got there… He was there but… these three guys, having sex with him. I think I spooked them and they ran off before they paid him. He was crying and said he had to go back inside and find someone else because the three men hadn’t paid him. And he was rambling. But I think it all added up to that his money and drugs had been stolen and he didn’t have any more of either so he was desperate for money. That’s when I called you.
“When I wouldn’t let him go back inside, he offered to… well, you know. He asked me if I had money. He said… hmm, I forget what exactly because it sort of freaked me out and I backed away. It gave him just enough space to get up and get back into the club. And so I followed him, tried to find him and I’d just spotted him going up the stairs with that man when you showed up. And you know the rest.”
“So the point of all you’re saying is that he… he’s been fucking other guys to pay for drugs? Even three at once? How long has he been doing this? How many guys?” Jin was hurt and suddenly completely furious.
“I… I don’t know, Jin. I just told you everything I knew.”
In a fit of rage, Jin threw open the door to the dorm room where Kame waited inside. At first he didn’t notice Kame and thought the younger must have somehow slipped out past them. Then he noticed the bathroom door was closed. Crossing the room, he found the door locked, so he started pounding on it.
Kame unlocked the door and pushed it open a crack. “Is he back? He promised to bring me some. Where is he? I need it…” and he was crying again. “Jin, I need it. I have to forget. I have to forget Ryo punishing me. I have to forget those three men raping me in the alley. I have to forget the man from upstairs. Please, I need it. When will he be back…? He promised!”
“They raped you?” Jin had not expected to hear that and it softened his anger somewhat.
“I told him I wouldn’t have sex with him because he didn’t want to pay. And then his two friends came outside and they all… Please, where’s Junno? When will he be back?”
Jin wanted to stay mad. He had every reason to stay mad. He had been betrayed, lied to. He wasn’t sure he had it in him to forgive Kame. But… he just couldn’t leave him in this state. Kame needed help. “Kazu-chan, he isn’t going to get you drugs. Nobody is getting you more drugs. You have a problem.”
Kame backed away from the door a few steps, which gave Jin the opportunity to push his way into the bathroom.
“But… but he said… Please, Jin, I’m not addicted. I just need to forget. Please, I need them…” Kame’s grabbed the front of Jin’s shirt, shaking it as he spoke.
“Kame, you’re not getting any more. Not ever.”
“But, I need…” and Kame buried his face in Jin’s shirt.
“I’m sorry, Kazuya. But it’s for your own good… Let’s get you clean and then we’ll sit down and have our talk. Because we’re not okay, understand? Things are not okay between us…”
