When there are enough shenanigans going on in your department to show up on the Colbert Report, you know it's going to be a long week.

Part of me never wants to hear about ACORN or Michelle Bachman again. The other part of me, uh, would like to keep my job.

This is sort of what work has been like lately...

Yeah, I hate it when work goes through evil bouts. I've found though, that by sticking it out, it always re-equilibriazes. Or however you would spell that. Give it 6 months - betcha it will get better. :-) Until then, call me and we'll have liquor. ;-p

It's actually kind of fun. It's just pretty insane, so I've been doing long hours lately. Besides we finish next summer, so there's a light at the end of the tunnel. Nice thing about a contract job with a definite goal.

Anyway, we should definitely hang out, get liquor, all that. And I can show off my new place. And you can tell me about your trip. I'm gone to Phoenix for work until late Wednesday night, but maybe after that?

Agh, I need to change my email address for this to display to. Right now I have facebook going there too, and so there are so many emails in there I never even bother looking anymore, so I miss all the replies on LJ....
