i was gonna call you the other night, my friends mom threw away the funny breathing exercise video, and you said you had it.. we were trying to remember the name of it so we could buy it on ebay or something cause its hilarious! its like 1970's lady in spandex showing people how to breath right.. shes like "if you hear a wheezing sound, you're doing it right!" she clearly exaggerates on all the moves.. do you know what im talking about, or know the name of the video?
