Hmmm... he smells like Sin while he's protecting Bella... Charlie is so funny! I bet he is slightly pissed that Edward got to hang around with Bella and he didn't. Is he going to have a "You're not my son-in-law" conversation with Edward? I loved Bella's "bad thoughts". I wonder how Jake will deal with hearing about her accident... So many questions which means it was a great chapter!

Hm. It's interesting to see Edward acting the father. I'll bet that will piss Charlie off! Of course, Charlie has plenty to be worked up about as it is! Why didn't Bella tell him about the baby? Was she afraid of how he would react? If so, it couldn't have been any worse than it will be now! :) That should be fun to watch! Anyway, thanks for the new chapter!

She's definitely reluctant to tell him, but I think it's as much a lack of opportunity as anything. It's only been a week since she found out, and telling Jake was the first priority. Her intention was to tell him when she went over that night to make dinner, but that obviously got derailed. =P

Entertaining ideas that Edward is the baby's father is a bad thing, but completely understandable, especially as he's right there and Jake's half a world away totally unaware of what's going on.
