Starting August 31st, eBay is going to make every photo uploaded to eBay available to other sellers for their listings, unless you opt out.

If you opt out after August 31st, all photos you upload between the 31st and when you opt out will still be eligible for use by other sellers.

Thats what i say too. Good thing I use ebay for tin and thats about it these days.
