Beef!

Am I the only one who has been craving beef? Greg satisfied that lust wonderfully today with a rib roast slathered with Safeway steak rub and garlic. I added some mashed potatoes and corn, but oooooh... I love beef. I also love the ancient collection of cooking books that Wendy gave us. I admit I've mostly just seen the covers as Greg noses

Mmm, so I've a few more months to wait. LOL Ah, well. I'm sure come February 23, or thereabouts, I'll be poking the remaining bulge with chagrin...
